Forgot your password? No worries, just follow these simple steps:

Access the login screen of your platform: Open your browser and go to the platform's login page.

Click on "Activate your account and retrieve your password": This option is located just below the green "Log in with your email" button. Refer to the screenshot below for a visual reference:

Enter your login email address: In the "Email Address" field, enter the email address you use to log in to the platform.

Receive and enter the verification code: You will receive a verification code via email at the address provided in the previous step. Enter this code in the "Verification Code" field.

Set a new password: Once the verification code is validated, you can create a new password. Make sure it is secure and easy to remember.
That's it! Your password is now reset, and you can log back into the platform with your new credentials..
