To refund a voucher directly from your Edenred Discount profile, you don't need to contact Customer Care. This process is designed to be straightforward and user-friendly.

- Logging into your platform using your credentials.
- Once you're logged in, navigate to the "My vouchers" section. Here, you will see a list of all the vouchers you have.
- If a voucher is refundable and hasn't been opened, a "Refund" button will appear next to it. It's important to remember that not all vouchers are refundable.
The refundability of a voucher is determined by its specific terms and conditions.
If a voucher is eligible for a refund, the "Refund" button will be visible next to it in the "My vouchers" section. If you can't see the 'Refund' button for a voucher, it may be because the voucher has been viewed, that 30 days have passed since you've bought your voucher or that the voucher isn't refundable.
A voucher is considered 'viewed' once it has been opened in the platform. Regrettably, once a voucher has been viewed, the refund option is no longer accessible.
This measure is in place to prevent misuse of the refund system. Therefore, it's critical to be certain before opening a voucher.
Attention: Unfortunately, if a voucher has been viewed, even if by mistake, it can't be refunded. The system does not support refunds for viewed vouchers, irrespective of whether the viewing was intentional or accidental.
