When sending recognition, you can choose to share your message publicly on the Recognition Wall or send it privately. You can easily send an available eCard to other colleagues to show recognition.
If you want to see other colleague's recognitions, please follow the steps detailed below:
- Go to your “Recognition” menu above your screen
- Select “recognition wall” in the dropdown menu
- You will see all recent activity from your colleagues
- Leave an emoji or comment your thoughts to support your colleague(s):
Tip: Don’t hesitate to have a look at the incoming birthdays to send them birthday wishes!
