How does it work?
When sending recognition, you can choose to share your message publicly on the Recognition Wall or send it privately. You can easily send an available eCard to other colleagues to show recognition.
How to filter your received recognitions?
Would you like to view only the recognition messages you have received? This is possible via the web version!
To access your personal recognitions:
- Click on "Account" in the main menu
- Select "ECards" from the available options
- You will then be able to view all the recognitions that have been sent to you
This feature allows you to keep track of all the recognition messages you've received and review them at any time to remind yourself of these positive moments!
How to discover other colleagues’ recognitions?
When sending recognition, you can choose to share your message publicly on the Recognition Wall or send it privately. You can easily send an available eCard to other colleagues to show recognition.
If you want to see other colleague's recognitions, please follow the steps detailed below:
- Go to your “Recognition” menu above your screen
- Select “recognition wall” in the dropdown menu
- You will see all recent activity from your colleagues
- Leave an emoji or comment your thoughts to support your colleague(s):
Tip: Don’t hesitate to have a look at the incoming birthdays to send them birthday wishes!
