Choose from various virtual cards to thank colleagues, acknowledge their hard work, or praise them for embodying company values. You can send an eCard privately or share it on your company’s recognition wall.

To show recognition to a colleague, please follow the step by step guide below:
- Go to your “Recognition” menu above your screen
- Select “Send a recognition”
- Search for the colleague(s) you want to send a recognition to in the searchbar:
- Select the language of your wanted eCard
- Choose among the numerous eCards the value you want to highlight from your colleague:
- Insert a personal message highlighting the value you want to recognize:
- Choose between sending it privately or posting it publicly with other colleagues:
Tip: Sending a public recognition will make your message visible to everyone on the Recognition Wall. Before choosing this option, ensure that your message is appropriate. Private recognition will only be visible to the recipient and the platform administrators.
