How to activate multifactor authentication (MFA)?

Follow these steps to set up your multifactor authentication app:  

  1. Click on "Account" at the top right corner:

  2. Then click on "My Account":

  3. Click on "Security Centre" and then in the "Multi-factor Authentication" section, click on "Setup":

  4. Finally, complete the setup by following the steps below:

    • Click on the hyperlink "Download the Authy app on your mobile device"
    • Open the app and tap the "+" button in the upper right corner.
    • Scan the QR code displayed on the page using the app
    • The authentication app will generate a 6-digit code that you need to enter at the bottom of the page
    • Confirm the setup by clicking on "Save"

    Note: You can download the Authy app on any Android or iOS device.
